About Us


Born at St. Mary's Hospital, Dave Packard grew up in the section of West Palm Beach, Florida, known as Northwood Hills. Packard attended Northmore Elementary School and Northboro Jr. High. He graduated from North Shore High School in 1971. After continuing his education at Palm Beach Junior College, Packard followed his father into the plumbing industry by serving a five-year apprenticeship and attaining a journeyman's license.

Packard has worked in all aspects of residential plumbing, from single-family homes to high-rise condominiums. In the past, he was employed by local companies, such as Farmer & Irwin Corp. In 1988, Packard passed the plumbing contractors exam and began doing business as Dave Packard Plumbing, INC. In the 1990s, he worked with Florida Public Utilities (FPU) as the exclusive installer of gas and water heaters for its customers. Packard also worked with TECO Gas Co. in that capacity.


Dave Packard Plumbing, INC. has now defined its niche as residential service, personally serving homeowners in the northern Palm Beach County area.
